For physical products, your item will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. 
Your item will be posted next working day if the order has been placed before 11am on the day of order.  Also please observe that your item is a pre order in which case you would recieve the item on the day of release or the day after pending Royal Mail delivery.
UK Orders will have free delivery.
Europe I am sorry but there will be a flat rate of £7.99 added to the purchase.
Worldwide at the moment, there is a £20.00 flat rate but we are working with other companies to find cheaper options for you.  In the meantime, you could order from Amazon even though it is the B&W it maybe the cheaper option.  Unless you are a hard-core fan then you need the colour version.
Kindle and Audiobook of course do not have any postage fees and will be free to download for up to a month.  If you need longer just send us an email with your order number and we can issue it again to the same address.
